NaturScapes' Terms and Conditions

The Terms and Conditions are given hereunder form the basis of our agreement and understanding with guest.  Guest must read, understand and accept all the terms and conditions mentioned below before registering yourself/family/friends for any of our tours.

1.   Booking amount for every tour as mentioned per head in advance to be paid for booking before 150 days until the availability of seats.

2.   Balance amount to be paid in Cash/ Account Payee Cheque/ NEFT/ RTGS/ drafts at least 30 days before the date of journey, failing which the reservation of seat will be treated as cancelled.

3.  Tour cost includes Transportation, Accommodation in hotels (family-wise); any additional person in the same room will be provided either cot or mattress on the floor. All meals as per meal plan.  Please note that we do not carry cook with us, so we will provide food which is available in the hotel.

4.  The passenger must bear entry fees, guide charges, any taxes, camera charges, etc.

5.  If the tour is extended for any unavoidable circumstances, extra costs will have to be borne by the guest. 

6.  Tour program changed, altered, varied, extended or cancelled due to any natural calamities, the Management will not be liable for the same.

7.  Management will not be liable for any loss/ damage of life/ robbery/ theft of passenger’s belongings whatsoever during the trip.

8.  Hotel category whether that is Premium, Deluxe, or Standard will be mentioned prior to the tour.  Any request to change the hotel category will not be entertained during the tour.  We will provide Standard room in Standard package, Deluxe room in Deluxe package and Premium room in Premium package.  The category of package will be mentioned clearly in the advertisement.  

9.  Passengers should carry their Govt. approved photo identity card throughout the journey.

10.  No cancellation will be accepted without any prior Cancellation mail.

11.  All legal matters will be settled in Kolkata Jurisdiction only.

12.  5% GST applies to all domestic tour packages; but for any foreign packages, 5% GST + 5% TCS will be applicable over the total tour cost.

13.  Normally double or triple sharing room will be provided for lodging, but in exceptional circumstances like staying in homestays in offbeat places this may not be entertained.

14.  Menu will be solely decided by Team Leader appointed by NaturScapes and any other order beyond it by any individual will be borne by guest.

15.  Tour itinerary declared before commencement of tour only be changed due to unavoidable circumstances like natural calamities, etc.  Any request to change the tour itinerary will not be entertained.

16.   The Company does not own or manage the accommodation, restaurants and other facilities used in conjunction with the tours arranged. While the Company has exercised care in selecting providers of travel, accommodation, restaurants and other facilities, the Company has not had the opportunity to inspect them and do not represent  such accommodation, restaurants, and other facilities and services.

17.  Our mode of transport will be SUV if total team members are 6 or below and Tempo Traveler if more than 6 members.

18.  Car seat will be allocated on rotation basis, any request otherwise by the guest may not be entertained.

19.  Room allotment will be on lottery basis in each and every accommodation, any request otherwise by the guest may not be entertained.

20.  Tour will be conducted as per itinerary, any request to alter the itinerary or visit some extra places other than mentioned in the itinerary will not be entertained.

21.  If any confusion arises during the tour, Team Leader decision will be final.     

22.  It is assumed that the passengers are fully aware of the Terms & Conditions as well as the Cancellation policy of the company before joining our tour.
